"Use-It-Up Cookbook" - which one is better? 
  There seem to be two. "Use It Up Cookbook: Creative Recipes for the Frugal Cook" by Catherine Kitcho, 1984 "The Use-It-Up Cookbook: A Guide to Using Up Perishable Foods" by Lois Carlson Willand, 1979. As it happened, Amy Dacyczyn praises the latter in "The Complete Tightwad Gazette," but Kitcho's book gets more positive reviews in... more »
