Actually, this home is overlooking Lake Havasu. The price is not out
of line to other homes surrounding the lake. Many million dollar homes
nearby. Just go inland a few blocks and you'll see more modest prices.

A "tard with a typewriter" can write, but probably not very well. And
yes, there are some people with high intelligence who are not very good
writers. Still, it's usually possible to pick out some meaningful
estimation of their intelligence by the ideas and logic they present,
even if they cannot formulate it in English properly.

It's another case where calculations for NLHE are actually somewhat easier
and more straightforward than for LHE.
Also, you might want to be a bit more careful than the advice given on this
web page, because it takes the odds of flopping a set and assumes that those
are the odds you will win, and the odds are not quite that good in reality.
